Growth Mindsets

Noted motivator, Carol Dweck has published and trained on Fixed and Growth mindsets, hitting squarely on the purpose of the design of Matrix Insights platform. Dweck noted that seeking feedback, being open to and curious about possibilities, having a problem solving orientation, and an eagerness to work to understand reflect an orientation toward growth. Being afraid of feedback, being judgmental about issues, and believing that limitations inherently prevented solving complex problems—so why try, are reflective of a fixed mindset. From discovery (e.g. personality type, interaction styles, Performance Five, etc) to developmental planning, the Matrix Insights platform challenges the learner to move toward growth.
