Trust is a 4 Letter Word

In the last decade the issue of "trust" in organizations of all types keeps being raised through all kinds of surveys and questionnaires. Leaders will argue that the fundamental currency—the very life blood of being a leader—is building and keeping trust. Yet many seem somewhat stunned at identifying what builds and maintains trust, and equally as important, understanding what results in feeling betrayed which happens in subtle ways but has lasting consequences. This webinar will explore the nature of trust, how to build it, and how to attend to the initial cues of betrayal. If you are a leader, you need to be astute with trust; if you are a coach, you probably have a coachee who needs to be attentive to this issue; if you are a facilitator, you may need to slide into your presentations the kind of cues that alert your audience to the power of trust.
